Andrei attended Westminster
International School for six years,
starting with Kindergarten and finishing with his 4th grade,
when we moved to California and where we are now.
Andrei is now successfully
attending the 5th grade of a US Elementary School and has
had no problems at all in becoming part of a "gate" class:
a group of students who develop a particularly challenging
program. Before starting school here in California, he had
to take a very hard test in order to have his language
competence assessed and Andrei passed it with top marks
(most foreigners have to take it several times before just
passing it). According to his teacher here, it is plain that
Andrei attended a very good school in Italy.
Moreover, in the past few
years, thanks to what he did at school plus some help at
home with his Italian, Andrei has always passed his yearly
exams at the "Scuola Pubblica Italiana" with top marks.
We are more than satisfied
with the education Andrei received at WIS, a school that
opens our kids the doors of the world and a school where
this goal is achieved both with professionality and within a
warm and cosy environment, that helps growing up in harmony.
