Application for Admission

1.        Complete personal interview with Principal and student screening.  When this is not possible please follow ‘2’.

2.        Submit completed Application for Admission (Form 1 herewith) and non-refundable enrolment fee of Euro 250,00  for each child for admission to be considered.  Include official reports or transcripts (grade placement and admission is tentative until previous school records are received and evaluated).

Upon notification or acceptance, please submit first instalment (25% of tuition fee)

• Authorization form to cover any activities outside the school premises

• Medical release form (Form 3)
• Privacy Act form (Form 5)
• Student’s file (Form 6)
• Copy of birth certificate
• Copy of Passport
• Vaccination certificate
• Four (4) passport photographs

If student is admitted, final determination of class placement is made by the Principal.

If student is residing with guardian and not parent, both guardian and parent must sign this application.

to Westminster International School in Pisa in accordance with the terms, rules and regulations of the school as outlined in the Parent Handbook now enforced and in case of future modifications, will be given to me by Westminster International School and  which I will follow as long as the student is enrolled in the school.

We certify that the information included is complete, true and accurate to the best of our knowledge.  We authorize the school to verify/clarify transcripts/reports.  We realize that our failure to provide accurate information could jeopardize the student’s enrolment at Westminster International School.  It is also understood that when a student enrols in the school, he/she and his/her parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to conform to its procedures and comply with its rules and regulations as stipulated in the Parent Handbook. 

We authorize the execution of this registration, subscribe to the rules and regulations of Westminster International School  and assume full responsibility for all school fees.
